Congratulations to the Spring Class of 2004  for  successful completion of the first QuickBooks(r) training, now "certified" in the budgeting and financial tools they studied during their classes. 

 Thanks to Sabra Richardson of Simply Budgeting, the Chamber of Commerce was able to provide a forum and co-sponsor this training program for the Anguilla business community. In addition to conducting the classes, Sabra visited each of the participants in their own work environment. This offered unique insights to ensure the relevance of the course in addressing specific needs and applications.

   Certification, during a brief ceremony at Corals Restaurant, participants were able to evaluate the program prior to receiving their certificates. "I was particularly pleased to hear from the participants that this initiative made a difference," Sabra said after the ceremony.     The "graduation"  turned out to be a very relaxing evening with several discussions about doing business in Anguilla and ways to enhance our standards for business communication using modern techniques and automated systems.
